"My Husband and I were so lucky to meet Amna through a friend. She was an absolute angel to work with. Being first time real estate owners in MA was very nerve wrecking but from our first phone call, she walked us through every step. We talked about financing, what we were looking for in a home, areas etc. Honestly, as stressful as the current market is, we felt better knowing that Amna was on our side. She showed us exactly what we were looking for and was prompt on setting up viewings, and getting offers to the sellers. It was only though Amnas hard work and dedication that we were able to purchase a house within a month and a half (in this crazy market). She did all the leg work to ensure that the sellers agent was clear on what we were bringing to the table and the competitiveness of our offer."

"In the last several years, our extended family has been represented by Amna on five different housing transactions, and we would not think of using anyone else. This most recent time, we had a complex situation, as we and our neighbors were selling our adjacent townhouse units in our two-unit condominium at the same time. Amna acted as sellers’ agent for both sets of sellers. She worked with us together and separately, and she was informed and thoughtful about options for offering the units individually or as a package. She also offered us informed options for how much we might fix up our unit before putting it on the market, and was happy to advise on all details, such as room colors and light fixtures, recommend contractors, and guide us on a timetable for completion. In all of her advice, on pricing and other issues, she gave us options, along with her recommendations, but left the final decision to us. We loved working with her and would recommend her to others without reservation. She is extremely knowledgeable of the market, has superb instincts, is brilliantly organized and people-smart, and very responsive. Thanks to these many skills and talents of hers, the sale was smooth and fast, we got a good price for our unit (above asking) – and we didn’t lose a single night of sleep. She is the best!"

"We cannot praise Amna highly enough. We were introduced by our neighbors, who had worked with her previously, and discovered that she more than lived up to her advance billing. She is smart, honest, responsive, knowledgeable, sensitive to clients’ needs, skilled in her profession, and a real pleasure to work with. (She also has a great sense of humor, and that helps a lot during the stress of real estate activity.) She helped us sell our condo (at above asking) and made the transaction completely stress-free. She carefully recommended necessary improvements prior to selling, but was responsible in making sure the costs incurred would be re-couped.  We unreservedly recommend Amna."

"I found a new job in Cambridge, and needed to find a home quickly so that we could relocate from Baltimore. I hadn’t been in the Boston area in over 20 years, so we didn’t know anything about the neighborhoods or the market there. Amna immediately talked to us about our lifestyle and commute needs, what we wanted in a home and a community, and we went to work together. Over the course of a very intense couple of weeks of research and attending open houses, we narrowed down our preferences. Amna’s expertise helped us think through the best choices for us, and after only 3 weeks, we had our first offer accepted in a very competitive housing market. We didn’t need to go to extremes for the offer, and Amna helped us balance our decisions to do what was right for us. She then navigated us through the home buying process in MA, which was very different than other states where we had bought homes previously.
